Its not something any of us want to or would do by choice,but inevitably death is a sad fact of life that we will all succumb to at some point.
The waterside team,led by Elliot,who has been in contact throughout the entire process,have been truly outstanding in helping myself and family deal with necessary arrangements, paperwork, advice on everything from the casket ,venue,flowers,memorials and everything else that needed to be addressed for my father's funeral.
The drivers are well presented courteous and professional in every aspect,I can't thank,or recommend them enough

We recently had to organise a double family funeral 2 family members passed away within a week of each other - from the first meeting with Summer I was put at ease and felt totally understood. After this Elliot supported me and us through the joint ceremony - the kindness, compassion and time given was fantastic - Elliot went above and beyond what I would have expected of his role. He was sensitive, caring and also enabled and supported my brother and son to assist with carrying the coffin. Elliot not only cared for my mum, brother and son but was exceptionally phenomenal in his support of me throughout preparation, answering all my questions and on the day the efforts that he put in to support me was just amazing. What an asset to the team he is!
On the day the drivers and all staff involved were also brilliant x I would have no hesitation recommending the entire team, thank you all - you all managed to make a very challenging and upsetting situation run smoothly and were so kind x

I can't recommend Waterside Funeral Home enough. By nature, it's never going to be easy to arrange a loved ones funeral, but Elliot, together with Lisa, who assisted initially, helped us to navigate all of the options, to build in some bespoke requests, find a suitable celebrant and offer support and advice. All the while demonstrating great respect and empathy. Elliot's communication was excellent throughout. The service provided by Waterside Funeral Home was absolutely first class. Elliot went over and above to help us create a very special 'celebration' . Thanks to Elliot and the team, the funeral service on the day was flawless. Thank you so very much.
